Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish (squeezed of excess moisture)
- 2 tsp. Tabasco or other hot sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 small pepperocini peppers, plus 1 tbsp. brine
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 3/4 cup vodka
- 1 seedless cucumber, cut into sticks
Directions
- Step 1In a large measuring cup or pitcher, combine the lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire, celery salt (if using), pepper, and pepperoncini brine. Stir in the tomato juice and vodka and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- Step 2To serve, stir, pour over ice and serve with a pepperoncini and cucumber stick garnishes.
